Our Pressure Vents and Louvres come with a life-time manufacturer’s warranty, subject to being inspected annually by a certified engineer.
Air Pressure Solutions will repair or replace goods confirmed as being faulty in their manufacture.
Accidental loss or damage to the product is not covered by this warranty.
Please be aware you are liable for return costs. Any building work required to remove or replace such faulty items would be your responsibility unless installed originally by Air Pressure Solutions.
Products returned under warranty; Warranties are held with Air Pressure Solutions who will generate a report. Any report outcome will be discussed with you prior to any repair, credit, or return of products back to you. If the product is not covered by warranty there will be a cost for the manufacturer’s report and any possible repairs, this will need to be paid for prior to products being supplied to you.
This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
